A SOLID FOUNDATION

If a builder were to begin building a brand new home and started by building the roof, people would think he was a little off his rocker, huh? Everyone knows you have to start with a foundation and build your way up!
Teaching children is really no different! A solid foundation is a must in every aspect of their lives. Whether it’s academic, social, emotional or spiritual, kids must have a firm foundation on which to build! Studies show that most children become followers of Jesus before the age of thirteen. If so, it is crucial to help them hear about God as early as possible. At Antioch, we strive to make sure that children hear God’s name and about His goodness every time they walk through our doors.

Just as Jesus said “Let the little children come to me” we want the little ones to come to us! Children all have some of the same basic learning styles: sight, sound, touch, experience and role-playing. We offer these kinds of experiences in our ministries each week. We do understand that parents have around 3,000 hours a year to nurture their child’s spiritual life, while here at church, we only have about 40 hours a year to do the same. This makes it so very important for us to partner with parents! Our goals are to equip, encourage and empower our parents to help them build a strong spiritual foundation in their families. Our hope and desire is for not only our children, but for our families to grow together in full devotion to Christ.
RAK CHAZAK CAMP
RAK CHAZAK is a 3-day/2-night church camp for students who've completed 3rd grade through those who've completed 6th grade. This summer we will be learning how when you have a relationship with Jesus, it can be a real party. You don't want your kids to miss it!
Registration is open now! The cost is $125 and includes a camp t-shirt. (Late registration will be $140 and students who are registered late can not be guaranteed a camp t-shirt)
